All notable changes to PSVL are documented in this file.

The format is based on Keep a Changelog. PSVL uses informal two-number license versioning (similar to Apache 2.0, GPL 3.0, BUSL 1.1, and Elastic 2.0):

• MAJOR version (e.g., 2.0): substantial restructuring or fundamentally new obligations
• MINOR version (e.g., 1.1, 1.2): added clauses, expanded carve-outs, significant clarifications, typo fixes, and minor formatting updates
